All Prostadine orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your purchase is complete. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your package ships.

We ship Prostadine to most countries worldwide. International shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 10-15 business days, though customs processing in your country may add additional time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office to understand any potential charges before ordering.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Most carriers update tracking information within 24 hours of pickup.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at contact@prostadine-product.com — if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Prostadine cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office first
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- If the package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue
7. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier service delays
- Customs processing for international shipments
- Major holidays
We appreciate your patience during these situations and will help track down delayed packages whenever possible.
8. Order Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications are no longer possible — but you may still take advantage of our 60-day money-back guarantee.
9. PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States via USPS. APO/FPO military addresses are also supported, though delivery times may be longer than civilian addresses.
