3. Return Shipping
You will be asked to return any remaining bottles (even empty ones) to the address provided in your refund instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to confirm delivery.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned bottles, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Refund Eligibility Exceptions
- Refund requests submitted after 60 days from purchase are not eligible under the guarantee
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) are NOT covered by our guarantee. Always purchase only from the official site
- If we suspect refund abuse or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to decline a refund request
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
